- Courtesy, respect, dignity, honesty, integrity and politeness must be excercised at all times by the company, its associates, third parties, employees, linked entities and individuals.
- All company employees, its associates, third parties, linked enities and individuals must act in the best interest of the company and its respected investors.
- The company must never be placed in a position of disrepute, dishonor, defamation, or otherwise negative public opinion.
- A no touch policy applies to all entities and individual linked to the company unless solicitated by a client or customer to the extent of a handsame. Perservation to life is the only exception to this rule. Contravention of this rule may lead to termination of employment, contract or general dealings.
- No entity or individual is to engage in any illegal conduct involving the company.
- Professionalism is required by all individuals and entities linked to the company.
- All company matters are to dealt with using impartiality and unbaised positions.
- No entity or individual is to deliberately cause a loss to the company.
- All company assets are to be maintained to the highest standards.
- All conduct must be transparent and linked to the highest standards of accountability.
