STANDARD INVESTOR CONTRACT
1 DEFINITIONS & INTERPRETATION
1.1 The definitions found in this contract are interpreted as follows:
1.1.1 Agreement: means to agree to all the terms, conditions, clauses, rules, and other directives set by Invest A Cloud Corporation.
1.1.2 Consideration: is a means of exchange that may include money, or an instrument of value considered to be valuable.
1.1.3 External Fees: these are fees that are not associated with Invest A Cloud at the time of transferring consideration.
1.1.4 Investor: means the entity whether an individual, organization, company or other that exchanges consideration in the form of money, monetary instrument or other medium of value exchange.
1.1.5 Longer-Term Investment: An investment that is more than 12 months in duration.
1.1.6 Net Investment: means the value of the investment after the external fees have been deducted such as bank transfer fees etc. See External Fees.
1.1.7 Responsible Person: is an authorized person acting on behalf of a corporation, organization, entity or individual with attorney of power.
1.1.8 Short-Term Investment: An investment that is less than 12 months in duration.
1.1.9 The Company: refers to Invest A Cloud Corporation.
1.1.10 Unique Investment Number: is the identifying number of the selected investment instrument offered exclusively by Invest A Cloud Corporation
1.1.11 Unique Account Number: is your number given by Invest A Cloud Corporation that identifies your account held with the company. It is also the number used to login into Invest A Clouds online investor portal.
1.1.12 You: means the investor.
1.2 For the purpose of this contract the definitions are strictly interpreted without need for further speculation and commentary as to their implied meaning.
1.3 The terms, clauses, rules, conditions and other directives are to be interpreted by their actual meaning defined in 1.1 of this agreement.
1.4 Reference to an Investor includes words such as you, gendered names, a company name, an organization name, or other entity name.
1.5 If an interpretation is vague than it is assumed to be for the benefit of Invest A Cloud Corporation against any liability or damages that is alleged against the company.
2 AGREEMENT
2.1 It is agreed that you (‘the investor’):
2.1.2 will abide by this contract in its entirety;
2.1.3 acknowledge the investment/s profit split is a traditional 50/50 net profit split;
2.1.4 must provide identification and supporting documents free from forgery, alteration, and illegality;
2.1.5 if found to have misled Invest A Cloud Corporation as to your suitability and eligibility for an investment instrument will have your account banned and documents forfeited to the relevant authorities in your jurisdiction or the relevant jurisdiction of interest;
2.1.6 acknowledge that if Invest A Cloud Corporation is provided with a valid and legally binding summons to provide information about your account then the company will comply with the directions of the law enforcement body;
2.1.7 understand that if a law enforcement agency seizes your investment account and its value under valid and legally documented directions then all liability is vested by you;
2.1.8 acknowledge that if a loss occurs during investment activities than you will release Invest A Cloud Corporation from all liability and loss incurred;
2.1.9 must not defame, devalue, cause loss, or have a negative impact on the business carried on by Invest A Cloud Corporation otherwise the company holds the right to sue for damages;
2.1.10 acknowledge that Invest A Cloud Corporation will always act in your best interest by informing you of third party enquires, implementing loss prevention strategies against your investment/s, and any other matter it deems necessary to disclose to you;
2.1.11 must not abuse whether verbally, in writing or physically any third party, affiliate, staff member, associate or other within the Invest A Cloud Corporation;
2.12 acknowledge this contract is legally binding once consideration is paid;
3 ADMINISTATION FEE
3.1 A small administration annual fee of 2.5% will be applied to all investor accounts whether long-term or short-term.
4 EXTERNAL FEES
4.1 External fees associated with the transfer of consideration for the exchange of your investment instrument will be deducted from your gross consideration.
4.2 External fees include foreign exchange fees, bank charges, duties, penalties, and any other fee associated with the transfer.
5 EARLY TERMINATION OF INVESTMENT
5.1 Early termination of a long-term investment (more than 12 months duration) incurs a 25% termination fee against the value of the net investment value. This fee is applied if the investment is terminated within the first 12 months.
5.2 Early termination of a short-term investment occurs before the conclusion of the investment and incurs a 25% termination fee against the value of the net investment value.
6 INVESTMENT DURATION
6.1 For long-term investments Invest A Cloud Corporation if deemed appropriate may extend the duration and conclusion of the investment by 24 months. It is understood that this clause maybe invoked if it is deemed that market conditions are unfavorable, or there is instability within the market or general economy.
6.2 For short-term investments Invest A Cloud Corporation if deemed appropriate may extend the duration and conclusion of the investment by 13 weeks. It is understood that this clause maybe invoked if it is deemed that market conditions are unfavorable, or there is instability within the market or general economy.
7 DIVIDENDS
7.1 Dividend are paid out bi-annually for longer-term investments on the 30th of April and the 30th of September.
7.2 Short-term investments will receive their dividends on the conclusion of the investment.
8 INVESTOR OBLIGATIONS
8.1 It is the investors responsibility to ensure compliance with taxation laws, financial regulations, financial laws, and other relevant laws within their respected jurisdictions.
8.2 Investors must keep documents and credentials issued by Invest A Cloud Corporation safe and secure.
8.3 Investors must be readily contactable.
8.4 Accounts must be kept up to date including contact details, bank details and disclosure of any adverse events related to your suitability and eligibility for Invest A Cloud Corporations investment instrument/s.
8.5 It is the duty of the investor to keep well informed about updates to this contract, and updates to their investment.
8.6 Any issue of contention or dispute must first be reported to Invest A Cloud Corporation via email ([email protected]) as soon as possible.
8.7 You must not involve Invest A Cloud in any illegal conduct or bring disrepute to the company.
9 INVESTOR LIMITED LIABILITY
9.1 Invest A Cloud Corporation will limit investor liability to the nil balance of the net investment of an investor. Any liability beyond a nil balance of an investor will be the responsibility of Invest A Cloud Corporation.
9.2 Invest A Cloud indemnifies liability for its investors against all liability beyond the $0 net investment balance of each investor in the pool of investors for each investment.
10 LIABILITY & DAMAGES
10.1 You the investor release Invest A Cloud Corporation from all liability.
10.2 You the investor agree not to sue or take Invest A Cloud Corporation to court in any jurisdiction.
10.3 You the investor agree not to seek damages for any loss incurred under any circumstance.
10.4 You the investor agree not to sue or seek damages in any court of law against Invest A Cloud Corporation if it is found that negligence, a failure of duty of care, fraud, fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation has occurred.
10.5 You the investor agree not to sue or seek damages in any court of law against a third party, associate, partner, staff member, or other in the case of misrepresentation, misinformation, fraud, negligence, or other adverse event that contributed to any loss you incurred.
11 INCOME
11.1 Income derived from long-term investments will first go to paying off the expenses related to the investment.
11.2 Money left over after the payment of expenses will then be allocated as dividends to be distributed equally under the doctrine of a 50/50 traditional split.
12 TAXES, DUTIES, LEGACIES AND OTHER FINANCIALLY RELATED INVESTOR OBLIGATIONS.
12.1 Invest A Cloud Corporation takes no responsibility, accountability, liability or loss against investor obligations related to issues of taxation, duties, legacies and other financially related investor obligation.
12.2 The investor acknowledges that it is their responsibility to meet the regulatory, and other legal requirement of their domicile in relation to all taxation, duties, and other financial matters and issues.
13 ENGAGING A LAWYER, ACCOUNTANT AND/OR FINANCIAL EXPERT.
13.1 Invest A Cloud Corporation encourages and authorizes ‘you’ to engage and seek a lawyer, accountant and/or financial expert before binding yourself in the capacity of an investor to this contract.
13.2 Invest A Cloud Corporation encourages ‘you’ to engage a lawyer, accountant and or financial expert in securing your investment against third parties such as taxation departments, legal obligations, and other third parties that seek to diminish your investment value.
14 SELLING INVESTMENT ACCOUNT TO THIRD PARTY IS PROHIBITED
14.1The investor must not sell their investment account to a third party.
15 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
15.1 The investor must not deliberately and/or maliciously destroy, damage or seek to cause loss to the intellectual property of Invest A Cloud Corporation.
15.2 If it is deemed that an Investor has contravened/ breached 15.1 than Invest A Cloud Corporation reserves the right to take legal action.
15.3 Intellectual property includes sensitive details about investment instruments, the company website, the company’s electronic equipment and software, and other intangibles deemed/ classified as intellectual property.
16 TRANSFER AND/ OR SELLING OF ACCOUNTS IS PROHIBITED
16.1 Account transfers are prohibited.
16.2 It is prohibited to sell your Invest A Cloud Corporation account.
16.3 If it is found that that an account has been transferred or sold than Invest A Cloud has the right to terminate the account. The value of the account will be forfeited to Invest A Cloud Corporation.
17 ABANDONED, FRAUDULENT OR DORMANT ACCOUNTS
17.1 Abandoned and dormant accounts are accounts that do not respond to requested communication over a 24-month period. These accounts will be frozen until the owner contacts Invest A Cloud Corporation.
17.2 Fraudulent accounts will be closed immediately on discovery and the value of the account forfeited to the relevant authorities.
18 GUARANTEES, ASSURANCES, PROMISES, WARRANTIES & STATEMENTS OF FACTS
18.1 Invest A Cloud Corporation makes no guarantees, assurances, promises, warranties or statement of facts against its investment instruments.
18.2 Invest A Cloud Corporation does not guarantee that its products will be profitable.
18.3 You the investor acknowledge and absolve all liability against Invest A Cloud Corporation in regards to any false pretenses, or statements made by representatives of the company as to a guaranteed, assured, promised, warrantied, or statement of fact alleging or reporting a profit of all and any kind.
19 DIRECTIVE
19.1 If Invest A Cloud Corporation issues a directive to an investor, that directive must be fulfilled immediately by the investor.
19.2 If a directive issued by Invest A Cloud Corporation cannot be fulfilled immediately than it must be fulfilled by the next business day or a reasonable amount of time determined by the company.
20 CONTRACTUAL UPDATES
20.1 Invest A Cloud Corporation reserves the right to continually update this contract.
20.2 You acknowledge that these contractual updates do not require additional signatures or any further acknowledgement of acceptance as it will be deemed that you accept all future updates to this contract.
20.3 You acknowledge that if you disagree with any update then Invest A Cloud Corporation will terminate your contract and investment instrument immediately. You will be compensated at market value of the investment.
21 LIEN
21.1 If a lien is placed on an investors account by law enforcement through legal and valid documentation, then Invest A Cloud Corporation will become obligated to honor the lien.
21.2 If a lien is placed by a private company without express written permission by Invest A Cloud Corporation then the company reserves the right to refuse honor the lien.
22 GUARANTOR
22.1 Invest A Cloud will not act as a guarantor for the investor against other investments, or loan applications.
22.2 The investor can provide their own statement issued by the company against any financial activity.
23 SEVERABILITY
23.1 If it is deemed by a court of law that a provision, clause, term or other directive issued by Invest A Cloud Corporation is unlawful then this contract remains enforceable save the offending contractual statement.
24 BUY-OUT
24.1 Invest A Cloud Corporation reserves the right to buy out an investor’s investment at fair market value if it is deemed in the best interest of the company.
24.2 The investor acknowledges and agrees to accept at fair market value any offer make by the company.
25 DISREPUTE
25.1 The investor must not bring Invest A Cloud Corporation into disrepute.
25.2 The investor must not post to any social media platform, the internet in its entirety, a media organization, other entity with the potential of mass influence any negative incident, comment, statement, or similar about Invest A Cloud.
25.3 Contravention/ breach of 25.1, and 25.2 give the right to Invest A Cloud Corporation to sue for damages or other court judgements.
26 Defamation
26.1 An investor must not defame either directly or through proxies the Invest A Cloud Corporation, its associates, its staff or other entities or individuals linked to the company.
26.2 Breach of 26.1 allows Invest A Cloud Corporation to take legal action against the Investor in a court of law.
27 DISPUTES & GRIEVANCES
27.1 All disputes and grievances must first be made directly to Invest A Cloud Corporation via email ([email protected]).
27.2 Failure to follow 27.1 may lead to your investment account being closed and your net investment value being refunded. You will face a lifetime account ban.
28 DEATH OF ACCOUNT HOLDER
28.1 A death of an investor will result in the investors beneficiary being paid out the net market value of the investors investment instrument/s.
28.2 The Invest A Cloud Corporation Death of An Investor form should be given to your beneficiary before the event of your death ensuring your UAN is filled out.
28.3 Invest A Cloud Corporation Death of An Investor form can be submitted by anyone over the age of 18 years old.
28.4 Failure to submit the Invest A Cloud Corporation Death of An Investor Form within 12 months of the death of the investor without a beneficiary will result in forfeiture of the account to the Invest A Cloud Corporation.
28.5 A beneficiary has 24 months from the death of an investor to lodge the Invest A Cloud Corporation Death of An Investor Form otherwise their right to a claim will be forfeited to Invest A Cloud Corporation who will allocate the deceased investors funds into the Invest A Cloud Corporations pool of funds.
29 BENEFICIARY
29.1 An investor must nominate a beneficiary otherwise your net investment value will be forfeited to Invest A Cloud Corporations pool of funds.
30 PRIVACY AND ANONYMITY
30.1 Invest A Cloud Corporation will always keep your details private.
30.2 Accounts selected for anonymity will be made anonymous to the full extent provided by the law.
30.3 Invest A Cloud Corporations takes no responsibility or accountability against investor-initiated disclosure about their anonymous account.
30.4 Anonymous investor accounts must be requested bearing an additional fee.
30.5 Invest A Cloud will never reveal anonymous account details unless a relevant and valid court of law directs Invest A Cloud Corporation through a legally binding and valid legal instrument. You will be informed immediately about any law enforcement enquiry into your account unless the company is directed via a legal document not to disclose this law enforcement enquiry to you.
31 UPDATING BANK ACCOUNT
31.1 Bank details can be uploaded online via the Investor portal.
31.2 Otherwise please find and print the form on the Invest A Cloud website. Sign and scan the form and return it via email to [email protected] as soon as possible.
31.3 Your bank account does not have to be the account you transferred funds from to the company.
31.4 You may nominate a bank account other than your own to transfer the conclusion of your investment funds.
32 HOW THE INVESTMENT PROFIT SHARING WORKS
32.1 For every USD dollar invested profit is divided on a 50/50 traditional net profit split.
32.2 A 50/50 traditional net profit split means that 50% of the net profits will go to Invest A Cloud and the remaining 50% will be split against every dollar invested.
33 INVEST A CLOUD ONLINE INVESTOR PORTAL
33.1 Investors must not abuse, hack or use the Invest A Cloud Portal in an unintended manner.
33.2 Breach of 33.1 will result in a lifetime ban and a refund of the fair market value of your investment.
34 REGISTRATION
34.1 All investors are vetted against Anti-Money Laundering, Counter-Terrorism financing and Know Your Customer security checks. Additional checks maybe carried out such as criminal history, sanctions check and other checks if deemed appropriate by Invest A Cloud Corporation.
34.2 To be registered Investors must pass our security checks and pay the balance of the selected investment.
34.3 Investor after passing the security check and paying the balance will then be issued a Unique Account Number (UAN) to access the portal along with their selected security code.
34.5 Your UAN can be found on your letter of acceptance.
35.6 A letter of acceptance means that this contract is now binding.
35 INVESTMENT STATEMENTS
35.1 Investment statements for long-term investments are released quarterly on the 1st of March, 1st of June, 1st of September and the 1st of December each year.
35.2 Investment statements for short-term investments are released at the conclusion of the investment.
35.3 All investors will get an investment statement at the beginning of their initial investment.
36 UPDATES ABOUT INVESTMENT
36.1 Long-term Investments updates will be provided as information becomes available.
36.2 Short-term Investments will be provided an update at the conclusion of the investment.
37 SECURE STORAGE OF DIGITIAL AND PHYSICAL COPIES OF DOCUMENTATION
37.1 The investor authorizes and acknowledges that Invest A Cloud Corporation will keep records of your identity and supporting document on digital and physical devises.
37.2 You consent to Invest A Cloud Corporation accessing and keeping your documents digitally and physically at the company’s secure locations online and physical addresses.
37.3 All investors that have concluded their business will have their documents kept in storage digitally and physically for 5 years before their documents and records are destroyed.
38 DATA BREACH
38.1 In the event of a data-breach through hacking, negligence or other event; you absolve Invest A Cloud Corporation of all liability and damages.
38.2 Invest A Cloud will always keep your data safe and secure unless circumstances out of the company’s control exist such as aggressive hacking, staff negligence, or other similar adverse event.
39 CHANGE OF BENEFICIARY
39.1 If you decide to change your beneficiary then please use the online change of beneficiary form otherwise download the form from the Invest A Cloud website and send it back via [email protected] as soon as possible.
40 MANAGEMENT RIGHTS
40.1 Management rights can be invoked if an investment instrument has a sole investor and Invest A Cloud Corporation has full ownership rights over the investment instrument.
40.2 Meeting the conditions of 40.1, management rights can only be invoked against residential property, hotels, motels, caravan parks, resorts, and restaurants.
40.3 Management rights gives you the opportunity to manage the asset (investment instrument) in a commercial or personal manner.
40.4 All expenses related to the asset (Investment instrument) will be your responsibility.
40.5 If the asset (Investment instrument) is of a commercial nature then net profits will be split under the traditional net profit split of 50/50.
40.6 Non-commercial residential assets (Investment Instrument) allows you to occupy the residence for an agreed amount of time whether periodically or continuously.
40.7 All expenses related to the occupation of non-commercial residential assets (Investment Instrument) will be paid by you.
40.8 The Investment Instrument (Asset) whether for commercial use or non-commercial use must be kept to a high standard of presentability, functionality, and maintainability.
40.9 All insurance, tax matters, residual debts, fines, penalties, and other legal liability will be the sole responsibility of the investor who will ensure prompt payment and compliance with any legal directive or order.
40.10 Invest A Cloud Corporation will be absolved of all liability be it legal or otherwise.
40.11 Liability arising from negligence, fraud, failure of a duty of care, or otherwise by the investor will not pass onto Invest A Cloud Corporation.
40.12 If Invest A Cloud Corporation deems that an investment instrument (Asset) is being abused, neglected, damaged, or used in a matter that is illegal then the company has the right to revoke management rights from the investor.
40.13 if a matter is deemed by Invest A Cloud Corporation to be remarkably egregious to the extent of reckless disregard then the company reserves the right to immediately sell the assets (Investment Instrument) and invoke a lifetime ban against the investor.
41 FIXED PERCENTAGE ON INVESTMENT RETURNS
41.1 Fixed percentage on investment returns are investments that have a fixed percentage rate of return that is not an investment entitled to share a traditional net profit split of 50/50.
41.2 These investments can be a bond, share, or any type of investment that returns a set percentage of return per annum; that is not entitled to the traditional net profit split of 50/50.
41.3 An administrative fee may be charged at a rate appropriate and determined by Invest A Cloud Corporation for each individual fixed percentage rate of return investment offered.
41.4 Invest A Cloud Corporation is released from all liability from fixed percentage rate of return investments in all circumstances including government defaults/ failure to pay instances in regard to bonds, third-party corporation and/or entity financial collapse or failure to meet financial obligations, and all other failure to meet financial obligations.
42 DISCLAIMER
42.1 Any advice, claim, promotional jargon/ statement, or advertising puffs are not to be taken as financial advice whether stated on Invest A Cloud Corporations digital assets such as its websites, or verbally given by invest A Cloud Corporations staff/employees, third parties, affiliates or other connected parties to the Invest A Cloud Corporation.
42.2 Past investment and/or financial performance is not a guarantee of future returns, nor is it necessarily indicative of future performance. All investment activities carried out with Invest A Cloud Corporation involve risks. The value of your investment will fluctuate over time, and you may gain or lose money.
42.3 The Investor/s from a non-financially literate (educated) background may not easily understand the investment type/s and service/s chosen which may be deemed to be unsuitable for their desired outcomes and/or goals. Invest A Cloud Corporation will not take any liability in these circumstances and strongly advises each investor regardless of their financial understanding levels to seek advice from financial professionals that are experts in the investment type the investor/s have selected.
42.4 Each investor acknowledges that investment risks can be catastrophic to their financial position and that they can lose more than they have invested in certain circumstances. Therefore, if a loss does occur due to any event including fraud, negligence, an event that would normally trigger recourse in a civil and/or criminal court of any jurisdiction, and/or catastrophic company failure related to a negative capital balance the investor agrees not to pursue any type of recourse including legal, or other and accepts the loss in its entirety releasing and absolving the Invest A Cloud Corporation of all financial and other losses incurred by the investor.
42.5 Any grammatical, or obvious written error in this contract shall be taken to mean what is obvious by exercising the principle of what a reasonable person reading the document would understand the meaning to be. Any obscure meaning within this contract will benefit Invest A Cloud Corporation in establishing its goal and/or purpose against the opposing party or parties.
42.6 Invest A Cloud Corporation strongly advises each investor to seek financial advice from a qualified financial expert in their jurisdiction or other competent jurisdiction before an investor decides to invest in the investments offered by the Invest A Cloud Corporation.
42.7 The investor releases the Invest A Cloud Corporation from all liability and agrees not to pursue any course of action against the company including court proceedings, media/ news reports, or other public relation activities that would cause a loss, embarrassment, or cause damage to the Invest A Cloud Corporation brand.
42.8 The investor agrees not to invest with Invest A Cloud Corporation unless they are able to sustain a total loss of the money and in some event more than the money invested unless they are prepared and able to sustain such a loss.
42.9 The investor acknowledges and agrees to providing investments into Invest A Cloud Corporation knowing full well that Invest A Cloud Corporation is a private investment company that invests in its global investment portfolio through separate corporations and is not bound to any investment regulator including the SEC (USA), or other investment regulator in any jurisdiction as all investments are of a private nature.
42.10 The investor acknowledges that the Invest A Cloud Corporation can and may move its investor accounts to offshore jurisdictions to protect the investor’s investment in cases the company deems appropriate. Therefore, the investor agrees to this practice and understands that their investment account maybe moved offshore without their knowledge in a bid to protect their investment from third party legal enforcement agencies or other depleting parties that may wish to cause you (’the investor’) a loss. You (‘the investor’) may stop the company from implementing protective measures by immediately notifying Invest A Cloud Corporation of your intentions in which case you will bear all liability and losses.
42.11 Scams, imposters, hackers, and other malicious third-party attacks on the Investor A Cloud Corporation network whether digitally or otherwise are the investors responsibility to be aware of and never to engage with such actors. Invest A Cloud Corporation will be released from all liability and losses incurred by an investor that has engaged with these actors whether knowingly or unwittingly.
42.12 In the event that digital and physical assets are hacked, or accessed without authorization and data, information, or other valuables are taken without authorization; you (‘the investor’) agree to release Invest A Cloud Corporation of liability and losses that you may incur.
42.13 You (‘the investor’) understand and acknowledge that Invest A Cloud Corporation is a private investment company that does not subscribe to or belong to any regulatory entity in any jurisdiction. The company can at any time it deems appropriate close and transfer its company registration and investors in one jurisdiction to another whenever it pleases without notifying any investor in advance. It is further acknowledged that Investor A Cloud Corporation may register new company details in the same, or other or multiple jurisdictions under its asset protection and company preservation measures.
42.14 Terms and conditions of this contract may be updated as per the requirements of the Investor A Cloud Corporation and you agree that all updates will be accepted by you (‘the Investor’) without protest or hinderance to the company. If you disagree with an updated contract, then you further acknowledge that Invest A Cloud Corporation may terminate your investment account. It is your (‘the investors’) responsibility to check for any new updates to this contract that is readily available on the Invest A Cloud Website.
42.15 The investor agrees and acknowledges the three investment indicators developed by Investor A Cloud Corporation being low risk, medium risk, and high risk. The low risk investment indicator means that the risk of losing your investment is low but not impossible. The medium risk investment indicator means that the risk of losing your investment is about 50% or less. The high risk investment indicator means that the risk of losing your investment is more than 50%, and can be higher than 85%, however, this category is a high risk and high reward category for investors that are able to lose their entire investment.
42.16 Investment information may omit some identifying information about the investment if it is deemed necessary by the Invest A Cloud Corporation in order to keep the investment profitable, and to prevent corporate secrets from being disclosed to competitors, and bad actors.
42.17 Initial investments for offer under development may contain sample data and/or information for illustrative and future predicted/ forecasted financial projection purposes.
42.18 Commercial and residential investments may only contain an approximate location limited to the country or country’s state or province of origin. This is to ensure that no investor or bad actor may tamper or hinder the daily operations of these investments.
42.19 Investing in any of Invest A Clouds investments does not give the investor any rights over that investment in terms of daily operations, and management. All investor rights are limited to providing financial funding of the relevant investment and no other rights are conferred. 42.22 All investors are strongly advised by the Invest A Cloud Corporation to seek legal, financial and tax advice by recognized experts within their chosen jurisdiction about their selected investments before they decide to invest.
42.23 Invest A Cloud Corporation may charge additional fees where appropriate to cover unforeseen expenses related to the management of any investor’s investment account and investment.
